  • MethdAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MethdAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MethdAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
8

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
  • Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.
  • You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@methdai.com or through your account settings. Data deletion upon termination will be handled as per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India, and proceedings conducted in English.
